gNote is a notes program for GNOME
Scale to fit:
org.gnome.Gnote [flatpak] OR gnote [apt]
4 of 5 Points, once setting scale-to-fit (app-id is org.gnome.Gnote [flatpak] or gnote [apt]). Decreasing the left pane width makes it all fit nicely.
Notes are designed to open by double-clicking with a mouse, right-click → open, or keyboard shortcuts (you can find them in Menu → Shortcuts). However, neither a long press will bring up the context menu, nor do the keyboard shortcuts work. Therefore, in order to open them you need to bring up squeekboard, select a note and hit “Enter”.
How to install:
sudo apt update sudo apt install gnote
# You will need to trust and add flathub to flatpak flatpak install flathub org.gnome.Gnote
